We don't charge for shipping around here, plain and simple. It's just our way of saying, "Thanks for the business!"

Canceling or Changing Your Order

You may cancel or change your order right up until the moment the factory begins manufacturing your window coverings. However, because our window coverings are custom-made to your specifications, we can no longer alter your order once manufacturing has begun. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you, and ask that you ensure that your order is correct before submitting it.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If manufacturing has not begun, we would be happy to make the necessary adjustments.

Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. This is because all of our products are custom-made, and custom-made products are not returnable. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary policy causes, and hope you will agree that custom-made window coverings are worth it.

If your window coverings have been damaged in shipping or otherwise suffer from defects covered under warranty, don't panic, we'll take care of you! Please see the support page for further instructions.
