We occasionally encounter two issues with a given order: shipping damage and factory mistakes. Should one of these happen to your order, rest assured that we will take care of you.
If your blinds were damaged during shipping, we will either repair or replace the affected blinds at no charge. Depending on the type and severity of the damage, your blind may need to be returned to the factory for repair or may need to be entirely replaced. Send a description of the damaged products to and we'll make the necessary arrangements, including arranging a UPS pickup if the blind is to be returned.
The factory very rarely makes mistakes, but it does happen. Examples of factory mistakes include making a blind to the wrong dimensions, or manufacturing defects such as scratches. As with shipping damage, send an email to with a description of the problem and we'll make the necessary arrangements, including arranging a UPS pickup if the blind is to be returned.
